My name is Tara-Jane Flynn and I came up with the word Intergratood because I believe in the power of the mind in changing your thoughts. Changing your thoughts changes your beliefs and in turn your feelings change. After years of practice, I can finally quickly grab a negative thought and stop it from infiltrating and circling in my mind and nervous system. I love talking to people and more and more I see people who are really struggling without any tools to rely on. I want to help.
